Biography

With an Italian father and an Ivorian mother, her story begins in Casale Monferrato under the banner of athletics. She emerged as a promising sprinter, also trying shot put and javelin, before switching sports to become a brakeman in bobsleigh. Then, in 2015, the definitive choice: skeleton. In Altenberg 2020, paired with Mattia Gaspari, she won mixed-team bronze, delivering Italy’s first ever world medal in the history of the discipline. In just a few years she became a World Cup certainty, with four individual podiums, and in January 2022 she claimed a historic European bronze in St. Moritz. Raised in a very large family (three older sisters and a younger brother), she enjoys travelling, bringing energy to holidays, and the dishes of Monferrato cuisine. She heads to Milano Cortina with the right recipe to be a leading protagonist.
