Biography

Born in Cavalese and from Varena, she tried everything as a child: from artistic swimming to skating, snowboarding, and ski cross. In primary school, a friend took her to try jumping and it was love at first flight. Until recently, she was a star of Nordic combined, boasting four Junior World Championship medals, including two golds.

In December 2021, she finished third in Gundersen in Lillehammer, becoming the first Italian woman to step onto a World Cup podium, a circuit in which she totalled five top-three finishes. In 2020, she also competed at the Lausanne Youth Olympic Games, winning bronze in the mixed Nordic relay. In 2023/2024, driven by the desire to fuel her Olympic dream, she switched to ski jumping and within months had already recorded her first top-10 finishes both individually and in team events, also taking part at the 2025 World Championships in Norway. Results that lift morale and seem to reward a painful but necessary choice. With the 2026 Olympic Games at home in her Val di Fiemme, the temptation is simply too great not to try.
