Olympic Club Athlete
She was born in Wetzikon, a small Swiss municipality in the canton of Zurich, and curling broke into her heart at a very young age—five years old—when her sister and older brother took her onto the ice to try it. Developed competitively at the Lucerne club, her career began in Swiss colours, with which she competed at three editions of the World Youth Championships (2017, 2018 and 2020).
The summer of 2023 marked her switch to the Italian national team led by Stefania Constantini. Her debut could not have been more memorable: at the European Championships in Aberdeen in November, Italy won silver, matching the best-ever continental result achieved by the Italian women’s team. In 2024, she again finished just off the podium, placing fourth at the World Championships in Canada. She stays active even away from matches, never taking a break between gym work, running and cycling. Her dream for Milano Cortina is to rise to the highest summit of all: the top step of the Olympic podium.
