He first approached snowboarding during primary school. Encouraged by his cousins, he decided to strap on a board and give it a try, quickly developing a taste for the sport and turning his passion into a profession. Over the years, he has carved out a leading role within the Italian national team and, in the winter of 2025, reaped the full rewards of his hard work. He collected no fewer than eight individual World Cup podiums, securing both the overall World Cup title and the Parallel Giant Slalom (PGS) Crystal Globe in one outstanding season.
In the second half of March, he also claimed world championship gold in the mixed team event alongside Elisa Caffont. Away from competition, he has grown increasingly passionate about motorbikes and, during the summer months, enjoys long walks in the mountains. The 2026 Olympic Games will take place in “his” Livigno, and he cannot wait to ride that course in pursuit of the ultimate goal.
