Biography

Born in 2000, she is the latest jewel of a remarkable dynasty that has delivered Italy ten Olympic medals (four golds), first through her aunt Manuela and later through her father Giorgio. Raised within US Aldo Moro, chaired by her other uncle Andrea, her first experience of snow and skinny skis came at the age of three and it was love at first sight. Fourth with the women’s relay in March 2020 at the Junior World Championships in Oberwiesenthal, she later became a permanent member of the national team, making her World Cup debut already in her first U23 season in January 2021 at the opening Tour de Ski stage in Val Müstair (Switzerland) and competing at three senior World Championships. Her best individual result is 26th place achieved in March 2025 in Trondheim in the 10 km classic interval start.

Her favourite non-winter sport is volleyball, she likes walking in the mountains and cycling, as well as painting and listening to commercial music when she needs to get fired up, or softer tunes when she is looking to relax. In her DNA she carries the humility of someone trying to climb the summit and the determination to emulate those who made her family great, giving it a place of honour in the movement’s Olympus.
