Biography

Born in Milan in 2002, with a father Adriano who was a former athlete, he too took to inline skates early, wearing them from the ages of six to 19. In 2020 the outbreak of the pandemic did not stop him; instead it became the spark for a major new adventure. During the lockdown months, he moved from Milan to Trentino, where in winter he began to familiarise himself with long-track speed skating on ice.

The choice allowed him to turn his sport into his job, to join a military corps such as the Italian Army, and above all to step into the national team set-up, gaining his first experiences across Italian Championships, Junior World Championships and the World Cup circuit. His best season was 2024/2025, when, among other results, he finished sixth over 5,000 m at his first senior World Championships in Norway. He has a great passion for motorbikes, his idol is Valentino Rossi, and before every race he tries to ease tension by listening to music. In the name of Milano Cortina, he left all his certainties behind to chase a dream: the time to make it real has finally come.
