Biography

Born in 2004, she is one of the brightest young stars in Italian speed skating. On 10 February 2024 she shone at the Junior World Championships in Hachinohe, Japan, finishing seventh over 1,000 metres and setting a personal best over the longer 3,000 metres distance (4:31.87). In the winter of 2025 she improved all her other records. In October she completed the 1,500 metres at the International Race in Inzell in 2:02.85, while in the second half of November she stunned on the World Cup stage both in the 500 metres in Salt Lake City (38.19) and in the 1,000 metres in Calgary (1:15.93).

When she is off the ice she sharpens her preparation through cycling and running and, from time to time, goes to the arena to watch ice hockey games. Mountains and valleys are the places closest to her heart, where she goes in both winter and summer for restorative treks immersed in nature. Now, however, her focus is fully on the Milano Cortina Olympics, on which she wants to devote all her energy to reach the dream of a lifetime.
