Biography

Until the end of middle school, he lived in Casatenovo (Lecco) with his parents Laura and Massimo and his sister Valentina. At the start of high school, he moved to Bormio to chase a dream: becoming a professional slalom skier. A passion that began immediately, when he first put on skis at the age of three.

After strong results as a junior and participation at the 2013 European Youth Olympic Festival in Romania, two years later he made his World Cup debut. His best results on the circuit are two sixth places (Kitzbühel 2022 and Garmisch 2023). In his free time, he is a big fan of motorsport and Valentino Rossi, while in summer he loves switching off by heading to the seaside, where he enjoys surfing, windsurfing and wakeboarding. After an encouraging 11th place at Beijing 2022, four years later he heads to Milano Cortina to live a dream within a dream: competing at the Olympic Games for the second time in his career.
