He comes from a family where ice hockey is a tradition, with his brother Nicolas also a professional player. He began his career in the BCHL, British Columbia’s junior league, before moving to the NCAA in 2012 with Michigan Tech. After 50 ECHL games (38 points) and 28 AHL games (12 points), he made the jump to Europe. With Bolzano, the right-shot forward won the EBEL title in his debut season in 2018. In the summer of 2019 he moved to Germany with the Iserlohn Roosters in the DEL. He spent the next three seasons in Hungary with Fehérvár AV19, a prelude to spells with Val Pusteria and his current experience in Slovenia with HK Olimpija Ljubljana.
With Italy he played back-to-back Top Division World Championships (2021 and 2022) and the Division I (Group A) tournament in 2023, finishing with bronze. On the ice at Milano Cortina he aims to give himself something special.
