Originally from Hamilton, Ontario, he has a very strong connection to Italy. His parents come from Teramo and Rome, and many of his relatives still live in the country. Thanks to his performances in the OHL, he was drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning in 2014 in the sixth round, 160th overall. In 2017 he made his ECHL debut, playing 12 games, before continuing for two more seasons with Acadia University. In 2021 he signed his first American Hockey League contract, joining the Hartford Wolf Pack.
He stayed for the following season as well, in an “up-and-down” arrangement with the Jacksonville Icemen in the ECHL. The pattern continued into the next season, when he played both in the AHL and in the East Coast League with the Cincinnati Cyclones. Then the doors opened for him at HC Bolzano and with the Blue Team, with whom he debuted in November 2025 for the first round of European Cup of Nations fixtures. He arrives at Milano Cortina with an enormous desire to continue his rise.
