A true Milanese, he grew up in Abbiategrasso. It was his parents—then big Vipers fans—who passed on their passion for ice hockey from a very young age. In the Milano Rossoblù youth sector he met Paolo Della Bella, already collaborating with Lugano, who advised him to trial at the Resega. At 14, he therefore moved quietly to the Swiss club, where he played as a goaltender from Under 15 up to his first-team debut. In Switzerland he also wore the jerseys of the Ticino Rockets and Ambrì-Piotta, while in 2025/2026 he moved to Kloten, in the Glatt Valley.
With the Blue Team he has been selected for two Top Division World Championships (2021 and 2022) and for the Division I (Group A) tournament in April 2025 in Romania, where Italy won silver and returned to the top tier after three years. A Communications Science graduate, he is a fan of Inter and MotoGP. His hope is that home Olympics will coincide with the rebirth of hockey in his native city.
